How to remove your Groomers account

This page explains the current account deletion paths for Groomers customers and vendors. Customers must delete their account from inside the customer app. Vendors can delete their account from the vendor web portal or from the vendor app.

Customer

Delete through the customer app

Customer accounts are deleted from inside the Groomers customer application. We do not currently support customer self-service account deletion from the web.

Open the Groomers customer app and sign in to the account you want to remove.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Complete the verification flow shown in the app to confirm deletion.

Vendor

Delete through web or app

Vendor and salon-partner accounts can be deleted from the Groomers vendor web portal or the vendor app, depending on which one you currently use.

Sign in to the Groomers vendor portal or vendor app.
Open your account or settings section.
Choose the delete or close account option.
Follow the confirmation and verification steps to finish the request.
